We’ve been creating amazing videos for our clients for over a decade now. Over the years we’ve developed a fluid and efficient way of working that keeps everyone happy.
Below is a detailed breakdown of our usual workflow
In order to provide the most accurate quote we’ll ask a few important questions. We don’t like to leave anything to chance so the more info you can provide the better. When we all know what to expect, everyone’s happy
Armed with this intel, we’ll then email you a written proposal including an estimated breakdown of the scope of work, timeframe and number of reviews.
We’ll do a follow up call to discuss your project in further detail and answer any additional questions you might have. This is where we really start digging to get to the core of your project, target audience, theme, edit style ect. If you have any videos, movies or music that really inspire you and want to emulate, we’ll get to the bottom of it.
You can get your footage to us in multiple ways but the preferred method is via external drive. We prefer ProRes422 but also provide transcoding services should the need arise.
We get to work on creating your amazing video and getting it to a first version review for feedback. First versions will include certain place holders and temp elements like scratch track (voice over) for timing, but by this point you will already have a strong sense of the overall feel and atmosphere of the video.
Depending on the amount of revisions you’ve selected, we further finesse the project until it evolves into the full realization of your vision. Once you’re happy with the cut we finalize by doing Color Correction, Broadcast Safe (for TV), Audio Pass, and purchase any remaining music or stock if needed.
The last step is to ensure that your deliverables are in the best format and encoding for your intended viewing platforms. We’ll provide multiple files including a Master HD file and variety of compressions.
We can send files via downloadable links, upload directly to your FTP server or send via HardDrive.
Invoices are sent weekly or bi-weekly depending on the scope of the project. We accept multiple forms of payment such as credit cards through Paypal.
